Background

This gene encodes a class IV histone deacetylase. The encoded protein is localized to the nucleus and may be involved in regulating the expression of interleukin 10. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.

Comparison

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HDAC11 antibody (GTX116403) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
