Background

Acts as a transcriptional regulator. Binds to the consensus sequence 5'-[GT][AG][AGT]GGGG-3'. Associates with chromatin at the ITGB4 and VEGF promoters. Activates the transcription of genes associated with colon cancer progression.

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ZKSCAN3 antibody [N1C2] (GTX106039) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
