BCHE antibody detects BCHE protein by Western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and BCHE-transfected (+, ) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with BCHE antibody (GTX101304) at a dilution of 1:5000.
