Detection: C Reactive Protein antibody [N1C3] (GTX101262) (1 μg/mL)

Mouse and rat plasma (50 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with C Reactive Protein antibody [GT55] (GTX641407) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Human plasma (30 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with C Reactive Protein antibody [GT55] (GTX641407) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
