Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

Rat plasma (50 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with C1 inhibitor antibody [C1C3] (GTX119690) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Human plasma (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with C1 inhibitor antibody [C1C3] (GTX119690) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Mouse plasma (50 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with C1 inhibitor antibody [C1C3] (GTX119690) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
