Multiple bands were observed 180 kDa, 130 kDa, and 95 kDa. It is possibly due to alternative splicing.

Human plasma (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with C4B antibody [C2], C-term (GTX110502) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
