Unboiled non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CCR10 antibody [HL2852] (GTX640123) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

CCR10 antibody [HL2852] (GTX640123) specifically detects CCR10 protein on a VirD™-GPCR array (CDI Labs, Baltimore, MD). Array was probed with antibody using a 1:1000 dilution.
Yellow: CCR10
Blue: CCR1, CCR2, CCR4, CCR5, CCR6, CCR7, CCR8, and CCR9
White: Positive control

CCR10 antibody [HL2852] detects CCR10 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: CCR10 stained by CCR10 antibody [HL2852] (GTX640123) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
