Boiled and unboiled various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD11b antibody [HL3095] (GTX640541) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

CD11b antibody [HL3095] detects CD11b protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Raw264.7 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: CD11b stained by CD11b antibody [HL3095] (GTX640541) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
