FIP200 antibody detects FIP200 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 10 min.
Green: FIP200 protein stained by FIP200 antibody (GTX129093) diluted at 1:200.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Scale bar = 10 μm.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with FIP200 antibody (GTX129093) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
