Various whole cell extracts (50 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with FOXP3 antibody [C3], C-term (GTX107737) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

FOXP3 antibody [C3], C-term detects FOXP3 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: SK-N-SH cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: FOXP3 protein stained by FOXP3 antibody [C3], C-term (GTX107737) diluted at 1:500.
Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:200.
