Sample: Paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma.
Fibrinogen stained by Fibrinogen antibody (GTX135332) diluted at 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

HepG2 whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Fibrinogen antibody (GTX135332) diluted at 1:20000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Fibrinogen antibody detects Fibrinogen protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Fibrinogen stained by Fibrinogen antibody (GTX135332) diluted at 1:500.
