Non-transfected (-) and Non-structural protein 5A-transfected (+) Huh7 whole cell extracts (30μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Non-structural protein 5A(HCV virus) antibody (GTX131272) at a dilution of 1:5000
