RNA-directed RNA polymerase (HCV virus) antibody detects RNA-directed RNA polymerase (HCV virus) protein by western blot analysis. Un-infected (-) and infected (+, HCV infection for ) Huh7 whole cell extracts (20 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RNA-directed RNA polymerase (HCV virus) antibody (GTX131274) diluted by 1:1000.
