Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Influenza A (H1N1) viral lysate (0.5 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Influenza A virus PB1 protein antibody [HL1715] (GTX637314) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Influenza A virus PB1 protein antibody [HL1715] (GTX637314) diluted at 1:5000.
