Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse kidney.
LASS2 stained by LASS2 antibody (GTX130744) diluted at 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Wild-type (WT) and CERS2 knockout (KO) 293T WT cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with LASS2 antibody (GTX130744) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

LASS2 antibody detects LASS2 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: LASS2 protein stained by LASS2 antibody (GTX130744) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
