MMP9 antibody [HL3239] detects secreted MMP9 protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma.
MMP9 stained by MMP9 antibody [HL3239] (GTX640882) diluted at 1:100.
Antigen Retrieval: Tris-HCl buffer, pH 9.0, 15 min

Untreated (–) and treated (+) U2OS whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MMP9 antibody [HL3239] (GTX640882) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
