This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:20-1:50 in an ABC method. We suggest an incubation period of 60 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation and dilution should be determined by the user.
This antibody is specific to mature granulocytes. It does not react with other types of cells in human tissues. This antibody reacts with early precursor and mature forms of human myeloid cells. It is useful in the detection of myeloid leukemia and granulocytic sarcoma.
