Background

This gene is a member of the protein kinase C and casein kinase substrate in neurons family. The encoded protein is involved in linking the actin cytoskeleton with vesicle formation by regulating tubulin polymerization. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PACSIN2 antibody [N2C3] (GTX104204) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
