Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PP2A alpha antibody (GTX106334) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using PP2A alpha(GTX106334) antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with GTX11304 (Red) at 1:2000.
