An ELISA plate is coated with 50 μL of a Protein A recombinant protein at 10 μg/mL. The coated protein is detected with HRP-conjugated anti-Protein A antibody (GTX77595) at concentration ranged from 0.49 to 500 ng/mL.

Protein A antibody detects Protein A protein by Western blot analysis. Recombinant Protein (0.1ng and 0.1 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Protein A antibody (GTX77595) at a dilution of 1:20000.
