RNaseH2B antibody detects RNaseH2B protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RNaseH2B antibody (GTX632043) diluted at a dilution of 1:1000.
