SAP18 antibody detects SAP18 protein by western blot analysis. K562 whole cell extracts and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SAP18 antibody (GTX130522) at a dilution of 1:1000 and developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate (GTX14698).
