Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SS18 antibody (GTX129428) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

Immunoprecipitation of SS18 protein from HCT-116 whole cell extracts using 5 μg of SS18 antibody (GTX129428).
Western blot analysis was performed using SS18 antibody (GTX129428) diluted at 1:500.
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.
