WB (peptide competition) analysis of 3T3L1 cells stimulated with 20 ng/mL LIF for 10 minutes (Lane 2-5) using GTX24740 STAT3 (phospho Tyr705) antibody prior incubated with the phosphopeptide immunogen (Lane 2), a generic phosphotyrosine-containing peptide (Lane 3), or the non-phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the phosphopeptide immunogen (Lane 4) control. The data show that only the immunogen phosphopeptide blocks the signal, demonstrating the specificity of the antibody.
