Signal+ for Immunostaining Solutions A and B exhibit different enhancing effects, depending on antigens and antibodies. These solutions can be used independently. However, both solutions should be explored in order to select the more suitable one for your particular assay system. A Sample Kit composed of both Solution A and B is available as GTX49998.

Background

GeneTex Signal+ Antibody Enhancer for Immunostain was developed to resolve the problems of low sensitivity and high background often encountered during immunostaining procedures such as immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry.
