TORC1 antibody detects TORC1 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and TORC1 -transfected (+, ) 293T whole cell extracts (10 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TORC1 antibody (GTX129355) diluted by 1:20000.
