The blot was probed with mcherry antibody (GTX128508) diluted at 1:2000. A HRP-conjugated secondary antibody was applied and developed with Trident plus Western HRP Substrate (GTX400006) and regular ECL. Exposure time : 18 seconds, 90 seconds, and 180 seconds.
