Untreated (–) and treated (+) HUVEC whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with eNOS (phospho Ser1177) antibody [HL3498] (GTX641386) diluted at 1:500 and eNOS antibody (GTX133404) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
