The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant (MAPK14 peptide, MAPK14 (phospho Thr180) peptide, MAPK14 (phospho Tyr182) peptide, and MAPK14 (phospho Thr180/Tyr182) peptide) (15.63 ng/mL).
