Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with KDM6A antibody [N2C1], Internal (GTX121246) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

KDM6A antibody [N2C1], Internal detects KDM6A protein at nucleus on mouse duodenum by immunohistochemical analysis.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) U87-MG whole cell extracts (60 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with KDM6A antibody [N2C1], Internal (GTX121246) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

ChIP was performed with HeLa chromatin extract and 5 μg of either normal rabbit IgG or anti-KDM6A antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to RBL1 promoter.

Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed MCF-7, using KDM6A(GTX121246) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
