GeneTex’s New Recombinant Monoclonal CD97/ADGRE5 Antibody
![]() |
CD97/ADGRE5 is a member of the “Adhesion G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR)” subfamily of the GPCR superfamily. It is expressed on the surface of T cells, monocytes, neutrophils, epithelial cells, muscle cells, and various cancer cells. It interacts with multiple ligands, including DAF/CD55, and has roles in innate immunity, T cell activation, granulocyte migration, autoimmune disease, and tumor initiation and progression (1). Recent studies also indicate that CD97 may be involved in mechano-transduction in certain adherent cell types (1).
GeneTex is proud to offer a newly launched recombinant rabbit monoclonal CD97 antibody [HL1925] (GTX637674) to detect CD97/ADGRE5 in many applications. This antibody also detects both the glycosylated and deglycosylated forms of CD97 by western blot. Please see the highlighted images below and visit www.genetex.com for more details.
