AAV1 + AAV6 Capsid protein VP1 + VP2 + VP3 antibody [HL5163]

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant AAV2, AAV6, AAV8, AAV9 viral particle (1.56*10⁹-1*10¹¹ vg/mL). Coated protein was probed with AAV1 + AAV6 Capsid protein VP1 + VP2 + VP3 antibody [HL5163] (GTX645359) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
