ACSL1 antibody, N-term

ICC/IF analysis of THP-1 cells using GTX47781 ACSL1 antibody at 1:200. Green : ASCL1, Red : Bodipy (stain for netural lipids). THP-1 cells was treated with 20mM PMA for 24hrs and then activated by culturing in the presence of irradiated M. tuberculosis at 0.050 mg/ml. for 3 days. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, washed and stained with primary and then secondary antibody in blocking buffer containing 5% human serum.

WB analysis of MCF-7 cells using GTX47781 ACSL1 antibody at 0.2-1μg/ml.
