AMBRA1 antibody detects AMBRA1 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and AMBRA1-transfected (+, ) 293T whole cell extracts (10 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with AMBRA1 antibody (GTX129487) at a dilution of 1:2000.
