Various whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ARHGAP1 antibody [N1N3] (GTX101472) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Overexpression

ARHGAP1 antibody detects ARHGAP1 protein by Western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and ARHGAP1-transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ARHGAP1 antibody (GTX101472) diluted at 1:1000.

Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.

Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
