Background

ARID2 is a subunit of the PBAF chromatin-remodeling complex (see BAF180; MIM 606083), which facilitates ligand-dependent transcriptional activation by nuclear receptors (Yan et al., 2005 [PubMed 15985610]).[supplied by OMIM]

GTX632011 WB Image

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (50 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ARID2 antibody [GT7311] (GTX632011) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
