Background

The protein encoded by this gene is a mitochondrial membrane protein involved in lipid and glycerolipid metabolism. The encoded protein is a lipid kinase that catalyzes the formation of phosphatidic and lysophosphatidic acids. Defects in this gene have been associated with mitochondrial DNA depletion syndrome 10. KO/KD

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extract (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Acylglycerol kinase antibody [HL1846] (GTX637571) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
