Antigen retrieval : Head mediated citrate buffer (pH 6.2)

IHC-P of anti-ANG2 Antibody (GTX28452) in human placenta tissue. Antigen Retrieval: Heat, Citrate pH 6.2. Pressure Cooker Primary antibody: 2ug/ml for 1.5 hour RT.

Western blotting. Rabbit anti-Ang-2 was used at a 1:500 dilution to detect mouse Ang-2 in supernatants of mouse-angiopoietin-expressing endothelial cells. Lane 1 : mock endothelial cells. Lane 2 : mouse Ang-2 expressing cells. Lane 3 - mouse Ang-1 expressing cells. Lane 4 - mouse Ang-1 expressing cells. Lane 5 - wt endothelial cells. Approximately 20 μg of each lysate was loaded for 10% SDS-PAGE.
