Western blot analysis was performed using AGR2 antibody (GTX130229).
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Anterior Gradient 2 antibody (GTX130229) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
