Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Aquaporin 4 antibody (GTX133151) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Washing buffer: 3% NaCl, 0.2% TritonX-100 in PBS
Wash 4ºC 2 days.
After stain, samples( 250um slices) incubated in RapiClear®1.47 60min for tissue clearing, and then mounted (also in RapiClear®) for imaging.
