B-Raf (K601E Mutant) antibody

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with B-Raf (K601E Mutant) antibody (GTX135414) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

B-Raf (K601E Mutant) antibody detects B-Raf (K601E Mutant) protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: WT transfected and mutant transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: B-Raf (K601E Mutant) stained by B-Raf (K601E Mutant) antibody (GTX135414) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
