Background

This gene is identified by the similarity of its product to the N-terminal region of BCL7A protein. The BCL7A protein is encoded by the gene known to be directly involved in a three-way gene translocation in a Burkitt lymphoma cell line. The function of this gene has not yet been determined. GTX115214 WB Image

Jurkat whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with BCL7C antibody (GTX115214) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Anti-BCL7C antibody used in Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). GTX115214

GTX115214 ICC/IF Image

BCL7C antibody detects BCL7C protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Jurkat cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: BCL7C protein stained by BCL7C antibody (GTX115214) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
