BCL7C antibody

Jurkat whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with BCL7C antibody (GTX115214) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

BCL7C antibody detects BCL7C protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Jurkat cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: BCL7C protein stained by BCL7C antibody (GTX115214) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
