BLM antibody (GTX101403) dilution: 1:5000

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with BLM antibody (GTX101403) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: BLM protein stained by BLM antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX101403) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
