BMP4 antibody [HL6085]

BMP4 antibody [HL6085] detects BMP4 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: BMP4 stained by BMP4 antibody [HL6085] (GTX648170) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).

HepG2 whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with BMP4 antibody [HL6085] (GTX648170) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.
