Application Note
IHC-P:Assay dependent
FACS:1-2 μg/ml
ICC/IF::2 μg/ml.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Specificity/Sensitivity
This antibody reacts specifically with BrdU incorporated into DNA during S-phase of a cell cycle. The reaction shows a clear, nuclear confined speckled pattern.

For laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
Background
Immunocytochemical labeling with the antibody provides a simple and rapid method for estimation of the cell proliferation. The antibody can be used for histochemistry on frozen tissue sections, formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections as well as in immunofluorescence and FACS.
