ICC/IF analysis of human nasal epithelial cells using GTX44972 C14ORF104 antibody at 1:500. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.2% Triton X-100, blocked with 1% skim milk, and incubated with primary antibody at 4 degree C for overnight.
