CARD12 antibody detects CARD12 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and CARD12 -transfected (+, ) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CARD12 antibody (GTX631645) diluted by 1:5000.
