Background

Epithelial cell cadherin (CDH1; MIM 192090) is endocytosed as a consequence of tyrosine phosphorylation and ubiquitination. HAKAI is an E3 ubiquitin ligase (see UBE3A; MIM 601623) that mediates ubiquitination of the CDH1 complex.[supplied by OMIM]

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CBLL1 antibody [N1N3] (GTX122426) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Molt-4 whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CBLL1 antibody [N1N3] (GTX122426) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
