CCN3 antibody [HL2726]

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with CCN3 antibody [HL2726] (GTX639554) diluted at 1:5000 and competitor's antibody (Highly Cited Competitor) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CCN3 antibody [HL2726] (GTX639554) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

CCN3 antibody [HL2726] detects CCN3 protein at cell membrane by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: CCN3 stained by CCN3 antibody [HL2726] (GTX639554) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

CCN3 antibody [HL2726] detects secreted CCN3 protein by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded rat testis.
CCN3 stained by CCN3 antibody [HL2726] (GTX639554) diluted at 1:100.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
