CCR5 antibody [HL2780]

CCR5 antibody [HL2780] (GTX639645) detects CCR5 protein by flow cytometry analysis.
Sample: Non-transfected and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with 0.1% saponin buffer.
The cells were following stained with CCR5 antibody [HL2780] (GTX639645) diluted at 1:50 or a Rabbit IgG isotype control (GTX35035) at 4ºC for 1 hour.

CCR5 antibody [HL2780] detects CCR5 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: THP-1 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: CCR5 stained by CCR5 antibody [HL2780] (GTX639645) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: CCR5 stained by CCR5 antibody [HL2780] (GTX639645) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
